• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Downgrading to 8.0.1

Hello,

I would like to find out if there is a way for me to downgrade to Plesk 8.0?

I've been getting a slew of problems with 8.1 and I just feel things might be a bit more stable over at 8.0 until they fix all the bumps on 8.1

So, is there any way for me to downgrade and still retain all of my settings etc?

I could reprovision my server, and then upgrade only to 8.0.... but with my experience, when I did that then pleskrestore wouldn't take the backup files I had made in pleskbackup while I had version 8.1.

Any suggestions on this? Please advise! Thanks!
