Dr.Web is necessary if I have already Microsoft Forefront?

Hi, Dr.Web consuming over 300Mb of RAM. On my Windows 2008 R2 server I have already Microsoft Forefront.

Dr.Web antivirus provided with Plesk controls the entire server or only the part related to the web? And MS Forefront controls also web part of the server (email, ftp, etc.)?

Based on this information, I can remove one of the two anti-virus? If so what do you advise me to keep?
