• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Dr Web prevents mails from arriving!

And now an easy solution :)

Open /etc/drweb/drweb_qmail.conf with your favourite editor and set LicenseLimit to "pass" (without the quotes).

i have the same problem as eugenevdm

i try the solution from ES-Ben

but i find 4 not only two files

drweb-updater-4.33-rh3_psa
drweb-qmail-4.33-fc4.build80060331.13
drweb-base-4.33-rh5_psa
drweb-daemon-4.33-rh5_psa

which files i habe to remove ?

thanks for help !

You don't need to remove drweb, read my post before this one.

Also you can disable the starting of drweb by commenting the relevant rules in /usr/loca/psa/rc.d/psa file (on freebsd we also have one in /usr/local/etc/rc.d/psa.sh)

sorry but i want to work WITH drweb !!

your way disables dr web and the virus check ! but thats not what i want.

the other method reinstalls dr web and i think after reinstallation it works again! thats what i want!

prodius,

I tried your solution and it did not work for me. I still got error sending from Horde and no inbound e-mail. So I removed all four RPMs and use GUI updater and now it's working.

you removed all these 4 pakages listened above ? and then you reinstallts dr web from the PLESK updater ?

i think i have found a much easyier way to solve the problem.

just go to licence manager download the drweb licence to your harddrive and reupload it.

i think it works.
