So here is the story (Short version) I recently had a hardware failure resulting in me needing to re-image my server and thereby reinstall stuff, the server runs Centos 5.5, Plesk 10.2 (Latest build + Micro updates), ASL, All was yum upgraded without issue as I only have Centos, ASL and Atomic repos installed.
I then rebooted after completing the ASL installation to harden the Kernel which appears to have gone without issue, I can happily log directly into my ASL Web 2.2 GUI interface on port :30000, however if try to log into my Plesk Control Panel on either URL or IP+port :8443 I get the dreaded

Just say I cannot even access my original store page IP:8443/store/store-1.html therefore it appears the whole of Plesk is suffering from this 500 Internal Server Error!
I have also checked its running as shown below:
