Dreaded Plesk 500 Internal Server Error & Horde sendmail returned error code 126

So here is the story (Short version) I recently had a hardware failure resulting in me needing to re-image my server and thereby reinstall stuff, the server runs Centos 5.5, Plesk 10.2 (Latest build + Micro updates), ASL, All was yum upgraded without issue as I only have Centos, ASL and Atomic repos installed.

I then rebooted after completing the ASL installation to harden the Kernel which appears to have gone without issue, I can happily log directly into my ASL Web 2.2 GUI interface on port :30000, however if try to log into my Plesk Control Panel on either URL or IP+port :8443 I get the dreaded

500 - Internal Server Error

page showing.

I have been through various procedures to ensure Plesk is happy including a

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.11.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

which completed OK, not noticed anything obvious so wish to ask which logs are best to look at regarding this error.

Could I therefore simple ask have others seen anything like this, maybe it's a blocking issue of the Plesk CP due to some form of permissions/ownership error?

How and what to check?

All the websites hosted on the server are still working including joomla backend admin pages along with Horde webmail with regards to access you cannot however send or receive mail, trying to send mail results in a

There was an error sending your message: sendmail returned error code 126

error.

Any help on what to look at or better still try no matter how small would be wonderful as I need someone to bounce some repair ideas off.

EDIT additional info:

Just say I cannot even access my original store page IP:8443/store/store-1.html therefore it appears the whole of Plesk is suffering from this 500 Internal Server Error!

I have also checked its running as shown below:

Anyone got any ideas what I can try?

Currently got no access to my Plesk CP and more importantly no working email system on any of my hosted domains!
