=> Home > Tools & Settings > Application Vault ( button: Update Settings )
=> Option: Force updates for all installed apps
=> Turn on the option "Automatically update this app" by default
???
Pls. inspect your "panel.log" for further investigations and pls. note:

Sometimes, it is as well a good idea to change the log - level ( TEMPORARILY! ), to get more informations in Plesk - log - files:
