2) I want to disable Global Account i do not know how but every time i and my clients log in we see this screen :

Your hosting provider has the single sign-on feature switched on. This means that you can create a global account or connect your local account to an already existing global account.

Global account allows you to log in to different Parallels products using a single global login name and password. You will be able to connect any of your local accounts to your existing global account.

If you have several accounts in one program and they are connected to the same global account, you will be able to switch between these local accounts without entering a password every time.

To view or configure global account settings, click Configure. You can also do it later in the control panel at the global account preferences page.

How could i disable it ?

[root@lin ~]# /usr/local/psa/bin/sso --disable
[root@lin ~]# rpm -e sw-sso
error: Failed dependencies:
sw-sso >= 2.2 is needed by (installed) plesk-billing-6.0.4-20090625.11.noarch

There is solution for Linux Plesk version in the mentioned KB.
If you have problem with Windows version, please create thread with detailed description and logs in Plesk for Windows forum's section.
