• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi guys, Merry Christmas!

I realise in my /var/log/message

there are a couple of entries related to drweb.. as quoted:

Dec 25 15:27:05 ns3 drwebd: Loading /var/drweb/bases/drw43222.vdb - Ok, virus records: 371

Dec 25 15:27:05 ns3 drwebd: Loading /var/drweb/bases/drw43129.vdb - error!

Basically the above 2 kinds.Either with a certain number or error.

My questions are...

1) What they refering to?
2) Are they being pre-loaded and taking system resources? the total loaded (during bootup) was 100k+. Is that alot?
3) I did not activate drweb for any of my email accounts, so how come there are these records?
4) Can they be removed, or better maintained?

Many thanks!
