This feels very wrong but I don't know what do about it. I have shut off drweb from the plesk cp, then restarted it, and all 5 re-occur. I've read elsewhere about removing drweb altogether -- but I am concerned about lack of effective virus protection.
Any help?

Trying to get help from Drweb Communities

All I can find is a reference to
Parallels Premium Antivirus
in my cp. I am assuming this is an oem version of drweb (because the drweb process stops when I shut off the Parallels Premium Antivirus.
What information do I need to give them about version, implementation, etc so that I can get support?
I will post there in the hopes they don't say "get support from plesk".

Dont use Dr Web, it kind of sucks. You can easily use something that is free like clamav or something else and it has a better performance rate imo
