drweb32.key not generated

After trying to install the drweb key using the license management upload key function I see that there is not any drweb32.key file under /usr/local/drweb. Iam running 7.5.4 version in FreeBSD 4.9. Is there other way to create the key file based on the PLSK.00XXXXXX.XXXX.sh key supplied?

I had the same issue and had to get a patch from technical support as described in this thread

You have to contact plesk technical support, there is a section on their website where you can send them a form mail message, they will then request root access to your server and install the hotfix for you.
