• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Dump Error when adding new domain: domain already exist

Hi,

I got an 'dump' error when adding a new domain for a client.

When I went back to the clients list of domains it was added.

I now cannot add it again because now Plesk says it already exists. Is there a way I can manually delete the domain in Plesk's database so that I can recreate the domain?

Any help in this matter will be great!

First run Plesk Reconfigurator - Plesk installation.- Repair Plesk Installation - Plesk Database.
After that try to delete domain by Plesk.

I've run Plesk Reconfigurator - Plesk installation.- Repair Plesk Installation - Plesk Database.

The domain is removed. I still however get

"Domain gambler-x.com already exists"

Is there anything else I can try?

Hi,

try deleting it from the backside i think the domain is still residing in the iis or the folder is still existing the vhost folder, although the plesk must have deleted it from its panel

Hi,

I have checked both IIS and the vhosts folder but cannot seem to find a trace of my domain, gambler-x.com. Is there anywhere else where it may be residing?
