Dynamic IP - Plesk wont login

Hello,

Im at University Housing and when I go to login to Plesk on my hosting account. It loggs me in then redirects me back to the Login page.

Why? .. I think its because of my location has 4 different IP's that change every couple of secconds. :(
Therefore the session is no longer valid as the IP is different, so Plesk dont think im logged in.

Is their any way I can login? ..
Such as enable/Disable something on plesk?
Or somehow force a static ip.

I have a similar problem, but I don't have dynamic IPs.

Every time I log into Plesk it just redirects me back to the login page.

I know the password is 100%. If I mistype the password I get "Error: Login is incorrect.".

For good measure I followed the instructions in the KB article as well, no difference.

Anyone else experiences a problem whereby logging into plesk just jumps back to the login page?

OK I found this:
Plesk login page just reloads/refreshes every time I try to login.
http://kb.odin.com/en/246

Turned on register_globals in the PSA php.ini but I still get the same problem.

[Incidently, Parallel's feedback system on KB articles is broken. I tried to submit some comment and it keeps on telling me:

* Failed: invalid code (code doesn't match crypt
* Please provide feedback on this article"

Even though I typed the code in 20 times, and provided feedback.
