E-Mail for one domain stopped getting e-mails

I have a domain which will not get e-mail. The dns is setup correctly, and the mail service is turned on for the domain. After an update to 8.3 I can no longer get e-mails for this particular domain. I have tried sending an e-mail using a local account and that doesn't work either. There are no bounce messages, its like they just aren't getting routed to the inbox.

Ok so I lied, we have just a lot of lag in our e-mail server. Not sure whats going on but mail queue is over 2000... eeek

On my server centOS 3.6 / plesk 8.3, after upgrade I don't Receive any email.
Suggestione?
