Issue E-mail server does not send to every domain

Hey community.

The e-mail server does not send to every domain, many end up in the "mail queue" with logs as shown in the attachments.

For me, Plex Onyx 17.8.11 U43 runs on a CentOS 7.6 server. IP blocking is disabled.

Can someone tell me what's going on?
