Issue E-Mail Tab missing on the left side

Hello. As you can see there is no "E-Mail" Tab on the left side. Can maybe someone help me there? Please take a look the the Screenshot i took.

Hmm... What do you mean?
Actually you can use webmail in Plesk or any Mail client software connected to your Plesk mail server.

I found it. There is only one problem. I can't recive any mails because my mailbox size is at 0KB and i also can't change the value. Please take a loot at the Screenshot. I hope you can help me there too.

Are you admin of this Plesk? Check possible limitations in your Plesk license related to mailservice and subscription management.
Looks like that mailservice is completely disabled on your server for some reasons.

I am the Admin yes. But really new to this stuff. And i got the Lisence from a Hoster where i also got my Windows 2016 vServer.
