Email account passwords plesk 10.2

Transitioned email accounts on a non billing manager subscription that was transitioned to the admin account won't allow you to assign user or to change password. The accounts are functioning on the email and horde side but the apparently are assigned to some non-existent user. How do I force a user named assigned to an email account or conversely, how do I create a mail user for the accounts if they are already assigned to a user that I can't see.

Thought this issue was fixed in 10.2

Any suggestions?
