Email alias problem

I have two domains: propaso.com and part1design.com

Added "user1" email account to both domains and alias "info" as alias to both domains.

The email alias domain propaso works without any problem but part1design doesn't work. It returns with:

Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
....
TO:<[email protected]>:
host mail.part1design.com [85.214.65.191]: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)

Anyone have a problem with this before and is there a solution? Help is very much appreciated.

Same problem here

I reinstalled Plesk but problem is not gone.

No error message when adding an email alias, they evan are listed in the /var/qmail/users/assign file.

Yep, same issue here, domain alias are now working (they weren't a few days ago) but email aliases are still not working.

Is there any official word on this?

Similar problem here.. I have a main domain and an alias domain. The mail comes to the main domain fine but if you email the name@aliasdomain you get an error back that the recipient does not exist.

I have the mail & web checked under the alias domain.

Same problem plesk 8.2... Somebody know Swsoft is updated and working on a fix?

Sorry... We have no reason for this problem...

But i know: on PEM it works fine!
