email and spam?

hi,

i cannot activate on an forward-email account (not a mailbox) activate the spamsecurity (or spamassassin).

plesk says in the infotoolbox something like:
"to activate the spamfilter, spamassassin must be installed and the spamfilter support for userarea must be acivated."

but: where can i activate this support?

please,
what is a MAPS zone?
and what i have to insert?
