Email connection problem with Outlook 2016

First, i'm sorry for my poor english, I'm french and no learn english correctly

I've tried to connect email from Plesk with mail client Outlook 2016 but smtp doesn't work with any configuration ... Imap is good !

With Thunderbird is good with all configuration, smtp connect and send email with ssl/tls but with Outlook ... i've always :
Your client is not the same authentication system how you server ...

I don't understand the problem ...
