  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Issue Email doesn't arrive

Basic Pleskian
Dear pleskians,

I just received this error message, that my message was undeliverable to the adress i tried to reach..
Therefor i'd like to ask you Pro's if you have an idea why this error occurs?

The following message to <[email protected]> was undeliverable.

The reason for the problem:

5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [HE1EUR01FT029.eop-EUR01.prod.protection.outlook.com]'

Since i'm not very aware of the settings i would have to do caused by inexperience, can i check somewhere if my settings are enough?

And is there a guide or assistance i can use to help me do the right settings?

I don't have any knowledge of the server or domain setups with DNS or anything i would have to do, and i don't want to mess it up..

This is the result of the check up.. What are the things to do now?

I have checked MX-record for your domain and see two records: "mail.yourdoma.in" and "mx.yourdoma.in". After that, I have checked A-record for each of these domains and found that "mx.yourdoma.in" does not exist. I think that can be a problem.

In my opinion, there are two possible ways to solve this:
- create A-record for "mx.yourdoma.in" and point it to your main server
- remove MX-record for "mx.yourdoma.in" and continue use "mail.yourdoma.in".
