Issue Email Messages missing from Mailenable Webmail, but it's ok on Outlook and Horde

Basic Pleskian
Is there any one has a problem on Mailenable Email messages? All emails accounts login normal but not see any emails and folders on Mailenable Webmail, but on Webmail Horde and any email clients it's ok.

Windows plesk 17.5.3 #update 10

Mailenable 9.74

I'm already tried
- Reconfigure PLesk install
- use plesk repair mail command line
- Fix file permissions with Meinstaller and nothing fix this.

Anyone can help me?
