Issue email missing in webmail inbox

Hello,

Emails are missing in my webmail inbox and gets appeared after sometime. Again the same, email in all accounts will disappear and will be back after few hours. Plesk mail logs shows the below :

I have tried the steps in below plesk forum but still the same issue persists. Please help

[root@server plesk]# pwd
/var/spool/postfix/plesk

[root@server auth]# pwd
/var/lib/plesk/mail/auth

I cant contact support because I am having plesk reseller license key.

We have also tried to switch roundcube skin but the issues still persists. Is there any fix for this issue?
