  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Email multiple sessions not working

Hello all, I tried searching the forum but could not find the answer. We currently transfered our entire website to a GoDaddy dedicated Windows server with Plesk control. The issue is that we can only set up the emails on Outlook, but when you set them up on a blackberry or iphone, it doesn't work correctly; another words, we either have the outlook working or the phone device.... I have the Allow Multiple Sessions checked on Plesk for all the email accounts, but it's still not working. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time

Hi - did you ever solve this? I'm having the same problem (and all my clients who use my server). I have outlook on my laptop, my iPhone and my mac all connecting to my email account and all of them have problems.
