With cPanel, I could set it up to get notices of such events as someone logging in to the server, to a user account, or when there's an event such as someone being blocked by triggering Mod Security or the firewall.

Is there a way to set up Plesk to do the same?

Hi me too i'm using plesk web admin edition i want when someone login to admin panel i get notification via email
