Email Notification

Hi,

We have set email notification to send email before 30 days of expiration of domain, but we are getting daily email notification for domain which is going to expired after 30 days.

For example domain.com will expire after 30 days we get notification email for domain.com for all the 30 days.

Is there any option available to change the daily notification for the same domain to once email notification

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Contact Plesk support team , it's a bug , I have reported about it several weeks ago. they will provide you a fix file

You can download updated module ftp://pleskwin.download.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/8.1.1/117670/statistics.exe and copy it to Plesk installation folder <plesk>\admin\bin. Please backup old statistics.exe.
