  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved email password reset using Password reset link

savageday

New Pleskian
We provide subscription based email services. We do not do hosting or reselling. We have approx 40 domains that customers can use for their account.

When we send the Password reset link the customer can reset their password but then is immediatley prompted to log into the Server. Is there any way of disabling this action? No matter how many times I tell them not to they still attempt to log in and then complain that they cannot access their email account.

Is there a workaround or a fix for this please.

Non techie here so go easy on me
