Email Problem plesk panel

I created a few domains in the plesk panel and i received the confirmation by email.
After that i created some domain again in the pesk panel but i did not received any email of confirmation back. also the emails of the clients and phpmail function do not work. What i shall i do
(I only did restart gmail)
