i have a problem that all the emails going out of web accounts go to junk boxes not to inboxes. can you help me in solving this problem?

This could be a couple of reasons, such as:
Do you have a reverse DNS entry for the host?
Do you have an SPF entry in your DNS zone?
Have you checked to see if your IP is blacklisted?

how can i setup SPF in my DNS using plesk? can you help me!

SPF record is just a text record in your DNS zone... Just go to domain > DNS Settings > Add Record > TXT
