• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,

We have purchased a VPS from Net4india and also have purchased pleask panel 11.0 from them. All our services are configured.

My domain is archertours.co.in which is already registered with panel. Problem is we are trying to activate our emails through plesk but are unable to do it.

Problems.
- We have updated MX records, A Records etc but still emails are not working
- We have created a subdomain webmail.archertours.co.in and pointed it to our IP but still no luck.
- We created few emails in mail section, when we try to click the webmail link. It either says page cannot be found or it returns to Control panel page and says invalid url.
- I configured the services on Microsoft outlook. It gives me pop3 error for receiving emails but when i try to send it says completed but i get Relay Delay Error on my outlook. No one gets my email nor i am able to receive any emails.

We are stuck on this since 5 days but in vain have got help from anyone.

If anyone has faced this and has got solution, please help.

Could you please try repairing vhosts with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all and let me know if that helps to load webmail?

Also, make sure you have installed a webmail client already like horde, or atmail
