We recently upgrade to Plesk 8.1 and everything was working fine for the last couple of months. But since few days back we are having trouble on our clients emails. Please see the following error message while try to create new eMail ID. Also, we have to re-start the SmarterMail service frequently (every 10~30 minutes) to run the mail server fine. Any clue how to fix this? Please treat this as top urgent - Thanks
Error: Unable to update the mail name properties:mailmng failed: Can't create mail name. Domain: domain.com [domain.com]. Mail name: site1. Reason: Failed to add the alias projects.
