Question Email Server on single IP/Domain

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me with a current problem.

Following situation:
Just immagine I do have a Plesk Server with the following configuration:

Domain 1: hoster.com
-- DNS A Records entries: mail.hoster.com 1.2.3.4 (dedicated server address) // smtp.hoster.com 5.6.7.8 (dedicated server address)

Domain 2: customer.com (running on shared IP address)

Is it possible to configure the smtp (Postfix) and IMAP/POP server (Courier) that they are listening just on mail.hoster.com and smtp.hoster.com for all customer domains running on shared ip addresses?
