Emailing forms to outside domains

On my VPS server, whenever I attempt to have an email form send messages to an "outside" domain email address ([email protected]), I get an "internal server error". Works A-OK if I send the same form to an email address at the host domain ([email protected]). Can't find how/what to do to send email form to outside domain address. Help please.

Please close the custom error logs in setup of the domain and write what kind of error you are having!

Issue has been resolved. Mail server was authenticating email addresses and only permitting messages to go to addresses in the host system. Changed script and now working OK.
