Hello,

We have updated the Plesk Version to 8.4 but there was some problem in the upgradation like webmail was not opening and we could not connect to SMTP from mail client, hence we run the Updater from Plesk control panel and it solved the problem. But one problem is there that we are not able to trace out the exact cause and that is duplication of all incoming mails to all accounts. We investigated and found there is a new config file under /var/qmail/control named 'defaultdelivery', we renamed that file as defaultdelivery.8.4 and restarted qmail but the problem was not solved. There is strange issue when we are creating a new E-mail ID mails are not duplicated to that account for 10 to 15 minutes, and then it starts again. Please suggest to resolve this issue.

i have got the same problem but my operating system is Ubuntu 6.06 TLS.

There is nothing found in the logs...

Problem Solved

The problem seems to be solved; we have updated the spamassassin version to 3.1.9 then run mchk v then updated the version of 4PSA SPAM Guardian to latest release.
