• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
    We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
    If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
    MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

default._domainkey.xxxxxxx.TXTv=DKIM1; p=MI ...........hidden ,....

Received-SPF: pass (google.com: domain of george@xxxxxx designates xx.47.xx.xx as permitted sender) client-ip=xx.47.xx.xx;
Authentication-Results: mx.google.com;
dkim=fail header.i=@xxxxxx header.s=default header.b="UQyF6zZ/";

xxxxx hidden domain name

thanx in advance

Could you please double-check the DNS zone and confirm if there are other DKIM records for the domain name apart from default._domainkey.example.com? If there are, please remove them and give it another go. Could you please also confirm if you are using local or remote mail server?

I’ve been experiencing this issue for more than half a year. All SPF and DKIM parameters are properly configured and verified with Google.
The problem only occurs with email forwards from Plesk to Gmail.

I would appreciate your help!

It’s all been reviewed and the same error still appears in Google:

(host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[142.251.16.26] said: 421-4.7.30 Your email has been rate limited because DKIM authentication didn't 421-4.7.30 pass for this message. Gmail requires all bulk email senders to 421-4.7.30 authenticate with DKIM. 421-4.7.30 421-4.7.30 Authentication results: 421-4.7.30 DKIM = did not pass 421-4.7.30 To set up DKIM for your sending domains, visit 421-4.7.30 Set up DKIM - Google Workspace Admin Help 421-4.7.30 To learn more about Gmail requirements for bulk senders, visit 421-4.7.30 Email sender guidelines - Google Workspace Admin Help. af79cd13be357-7be614bfd84si1852168385a.212 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command))

The domain is properly configured, and this issue only occurs with Plesk when forwarding emails automatically. Attached is a screenshot from 'postmaster.google.com' confirming that the domain in Plesk is correctly set up.
