Empty IIS Application Pool

IIS application pool is empty, in the result we are unable to add/remove domains through Plesk it is giving COM errors. In IIS list of IIS appliction pool is showing but the sub pool is not available. Like if we see the default pool it should show us all the domains running on default pool but since it have goNe it is not showing. Please advise what should we do?

running the following commandand reboot is not helping us:

c:\inetpub\adminscripts>cscript adsutil.vbs enum

Please advise what should we do?

This worked after restarting box
