empty mails from users, and atmail also ... ASL ? Plesk ?

Hello,

one of our customer have a Plesk 9.2.1 server (CentOS5 32bits) with ASL, and he receive ... empty emails ... from the outside.
I did a try with atmail, and when i send me a mail from the server to the server, then the mail is also empty.
I sended me a mail, to the outside, its seems to be ok.
If i send a reply, then it's again empty ...

Do someone have the same problem ?
Can it be ASL ?
How can i try to find the problem ?

I have the same issue, when I login, I see the list of emails but when I open the email is empty email. Nothing is in.

thanks for your answers, but this problem is not only related to atmail ...
Our customer receive also empty emails via pop3.
Any idea ?

It is and old thread but I'd like to revive it with the same problem on Plesk 9.5.2 + @mail. Blank emails coming more often and starting to flood mailboxes.

MISSING_HB_SEP Missing blank line between message header and body
MISSING_HEADERS Missing To: header
MISSING_SUBJECT Missing Subject: header
EMPTY_MESSAGE Message appears to be empty with no Subject: text
TO_CC_NONE No To: or Cc: header
