I dont see an helpdesk icon in the admin/client/domain desktop in plesk.

How do i enable the helpdesk ticket system in plesk allowing customers to send a ticket to the system administrator ?

Hi,

Check if you have Help Desk option on your Plesk license.

And no i dont have the helpdesk option.

Uhm well i was wondering since im only using it for one domain:

is it also possible to buy the Help Desk feature, without x amount of domains ?

My 2nd question is:
I registered a free domain name through no-ip.com (domain registry provider).
Id like to use this domain for my own website (physical).
What do i need to do, can someone explain this in detail ?
