Issue Enabling server wide smarthost via CLI does not show in UI

18.0.79 Update #2

STR:

1. Run: plesk sbin mailmng-server --enable-smarthost --host test.mydomain.com --port 25
2. You'll see that it's been added in /etc/postfix/main.cf and works
3. However when you visit the Plesk UI for this under Tools & Settings > Mail > Smarthost, you'll see that it does not appear enabled there
4. If you enable it via UI, nothing in the config changes, but the UI sees it enabled now

Expected outcome:

Enabling the smarthost via CLI would reflect that change in the GUI.

Reproduced with Plesk Obsidian 18.0.79 Update #2 on AlmaLinux 8.10. Also occurred on 18.0.78.

Thank you for the report, @websavers . I was able to replicate the behavior and opened an internal case for our team to further review it.
