Enabling SSL

Greetings All,

I'm trying to enable HTTPS for our main website using a self-signed SSL certificate, but to no success.

I've searched these forums and can't seem to identify a solution. I'm sure there's one here somewhere, but I can't find it.

Here's our basic setup:

1. We're using one shared IP address
2. https://admin.domain.com:8443 works
3. https://www.domain.com doesn't work
4. SSL has been enabled in the domain setup options.
5. Use a single directory for SSL is enabled.
6. The /conf/httpd.include file references both port 80 & 443 - so this looks OK.
7. Port 443 on the firewall is open.

A connection attempt on https://domain.com results in "Unable to Connect" with Firefox.

Any suggestions or pointers to documents that can help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
GDotts
