Question Encryption for emails

Basic Pleskian
One of my client asked me to provide him fully encrypted email service, though i believe that while having https, emails sent/recieved will be encrypted and security will not be breached. Is it true?

Having https is enough to make sure emails are not intercepted/or read by any authority? or do i have to install some other email service.

I am using email as provided by Plesk, with roundcube.
