Input Enhancing error reporting for "Plesk Exception Database" issues

I've noticed a growing number of posts about the "Plesk Exception Database" errors recently. It would help most users if the error screen showed more detailed information about what's happening on the server, like free memory, free disk space, CPU load, and any relevant details related to this problem.

For advanced Plesk users, the error screen below is fine, but for users not used to working with the command line, this can be quite challenging. Especially when the "Open Repair Kit" button doesn't work, which also happens occasionally.
