• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Ensim to Plesk will usernames be preserved?

I am investigating the possibility of migrating from Ensim Pro 10.x to Plesk 8.6, but I need to know if all login data for users will be preserved. In particular the email POP credentials. For example, if a user in Ensim retrieves POP email with the following:

- pop server: mail.mydomain.com
- login: [email protected]
- password: mypassword

will this be identical on the Plesk machine?

I have many hundreds of clients on multiple Ensim servers and I cant possibly deal with the cost of telling them all to adjust their details. Ive asked Plesk sales this question several times in several ways and they simply refuse to answer, pointing me to useless documents that give me no detail on the actual process.

Hopefully someone here is familiar with the process and can shed some light on it for me.

Regards
Tom
