Issue ERR [panel] Could not decrypt certificate data

After running this command
/usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php –f

I get error
ERR [panel] Could not decrypt certificate data

How can find where is the problem?

I am running centos 7 & Plesk Onyx

How can find where is the problem?

Try to enable Plesk debug mode at least and find related errors in logs.
