Error 1316 on initial install!

Any idea why I might be getting: Error 1316. Network error occured attempting to read file: C:\\Windows\Installer\Plesk61129.18\myspl-essential-5.0.27-win32.msi

Is it because I already have MySQL installed before I tried to install Plesk?

Tried from a network install and a web install...same error. Does Plesk install it's own MySQL and MSSQL?

Yes, Plesk ships MySQL and MSSQL
