I want to report a critical issue related involved following parts:
- Inmunify360
- PHP version 7.2.34 and 7.3.33
- Almalinux 10 and Almalinux 9
Few weeks ago we realised that Inmunify was using a shared library called i360.so which was causing conflict with PHP OS version 8.3.19 (imunify360-php-i360)
Executing the following command:
The messages launched was:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'i360.so' (tried: /usr/lib64/php/modules/i360.so (/usr/lib64/php/modules/i360.so: undefined symbol: _ULx86_64_init_local), /usr/lib64/php/modules/i360.so.so (/usr/lib64/php/modules/i360.so.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)) in Unknown on line 0
PHP 8.3.19 (cli) (built: Mar 12 2025 13:10:27) (NTS gcc x86_64)

I was reported to Inmunify360 and they released a new package wich was updated in our server at 03:19 hours.
The package was:

After that, websites using PHP version 7.2.34 and 7.3.33 were crashed with error 502
