Issue Error access files

You probably have a custom configuration in /etc/proftpd.conf "TLSRequired on". Instead, please set this to "TLSRequired off".
 
Allright. TLSRequired was off, but thanks for hint, i made in security ftp to be ftps and ftp, but there comes another issue, now files opening empty. I can open create file/dir menu but it not creates anything
