error accessing the cp after upgrade to 8.4

I did upgrad plesk from 8.3 to 8.4 ,

every thing went fine , except when I tried to access the CP , I get this message :

The file index.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.
----------------


I wnt through this KB articel http://kb.odin.com/en/1339 but it did not work for me..

any idea ...

Hi,

Most likely this problem is related to lack of permissions for plesk users (most probaly for psaadm) on the server.
To find exact file, I would suggest you to download Filemon and test it:
