Error after republishing upload images

Hi,

I have a client with an online shop and everytime he tries to change the "short description" (product section) the uploaded image in the "full description" (product section) modifies to the default product image after republishing.
The generated id for the uploaded image in "full description" section seems to be the same as the product image.

Any ideas?
