Error after upgrade to Plesk 8.2

Hi, for couple years I used Plesk v 8.1.1 on Win 2003 Srv SE . Now after upgrade to version 8.2 I still get this error >> If I try to log-in as admin to my upgraded control panel I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function convertToInternalLocale() in C:\SWSoft\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3 on line 1589

. If I log-in as user with login enabled to cpanel. Plesk is normally loaded with no errors.

If anyone has an idea, how to fix this error. Pls give me a clue.
