Error ASP.Net Enterprise Manager permission

Hi,
when I access ASP.Net Enterprise Manager, I am going in Security>Logins, to give permission to the user.
But of Error:


An Error has Occurred

Error: User donate not have permission to perform this action.
Source: .Net SqlClient Dates Provider

Somebody can me to help...

Also you can restart sqladmin(default) IIS web site. Then make another try.
